The 1 Odd Duck® licensees have the opportunity to market the 1 Odd Duck® iBuilding to restaurant developers, banks, pharmacies, land developers, and much more. As a 1 Odd Duck® licensee you will network and sell to business decision makers interested in building, owning, and operating a concept that will be occupying in an ‘off the grid’ environmentally friendly style of building called the 1 Odd Duck® iBuildings, which are the only buildings of their kind in the world. The appeal of our iBuilding designs are that you are enabling businesses like restaurants, banks, convenience stores, and pharmacies a way to use a self sustainable building while driving revenue from the association with the GREEN movement without them spending the millions of dollars it would take in research and development costs for them to develop this sort of “cutting edge” technology. Plus, the financial benefits of owning, operating, and occupying a self-sustainable building doesn’t end there. Business occupants and you will benefit from the opportunity to sell sponsorships and advertising to other companies on the buildings green screens (high-resolution, high definition media screens).
How Do Licensees Make Money?
There are twenty-six different revenue streams that a licensee can choose to focus on to drive the success of their business. A few of these revenue streams are:
- Books, Music CD’s, shirts, hats, and other merchandise sales
- Conducting fundraising events, special events, and community activities.
- Sponsorships and Advertising Sales
- Becoming an Area Developer
- Marketing and Selling Sub-license territory rights to other licensees and receiving a portion of the license fee
