Financial Qualifications
The initial franchise fee to open a 5 & Diner franchise is $35,000. The costs to open a 5 & Diner franchise restaurant will vary by location, but the range of investment for an in-line or end cap location are as follows:
- Inline or endcap unit - $250,000 to $750,000
