System & Support Services
You do not need any previous industry or business ownership experience to join us. We will provide you with all the tools, training, and support you need including:

• Site selection assistance- C2 has relationships with real estate brokers throughout the country. Franchisees are able to work with their own brokers, or work with our corporate agents to secure their site. Once sites are identified, C2 assists you every step of the way in securing your location; including assisting in negotiating the terms of your lease.
• Store development- In order to maximize the use of your store’s space, C2 will assist you in the design and layout. In addition, C2 will provide a list of construction specifications for your contractor to follow. It’s all laid out for you including a detailed operations manual that provides guidelines for running every aspect of your business. Should questions or concerns arise during construction, C2 will assist in answering them.
• Comprehensive training program- As a C2 franchisee, you will attend training at our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. During the training course you will receive all the necessary training to operate your store, from hiring teachers to selling the C2 program.  We’ll teach you everything you need to know to successfully operate your business!
• Operations manuals and support- Upon becoming a C2 franchisee, you will be provided with an operations manual with all the necessary information for store operation, including detailed instruction on opening, hiring, training, marketing and accounting. In our quest to constantly improve, any changes or updates will be sent to you for inclusion in your manual. C2 has personnel available for any questions that might arise.
• Marketing and advertising materials- As a licensee of C2, you will receive proven marketing materials, including professionally created ad slicks, brochures, television and radio commercials, and direct mail promotions. Also, you will be able to take advantage of C2’s buying power for marketing materials and advertising campaigns.
