• Training: Included in your investment, you will attend DNA University’s Franchisee Orientation Course. Training at DNA University consists of education in the areas of business management, tests and services, sales and marketing, as specifically related to this business, advertising, accounting, and sample collection certification. Additional courses are also available for your employees, the Community Relations Manager (outside sales) and Case Manager (inside sales and service).
