The Fitwize 4 Kids™ Fitness Program is for kids who have advanced beyond “tumble & roll” and fundamental skills building classes. Our open schedule allows members to be dropped off when it is convenient for parents, yet provides a fully-structured and supervised 45-minute, low intensity resistance and cardiovascular training on equipment made just for kids.
The Fitwize 4 Kids™ Nutrition Program is a world-class nutrition education curriculum that makes it fun for kids (and parents) to learn healthy eating habits. The nutrition program compliments our fitness program and is included with every membership.
Finally, The Fitwize 4 Kids™ Motivation & Achievement System is a unique 12-month journey that allows members and their parents to track individual progress, while keeping kids engaged in their fitness program.
