Our Services Frame Restoration - Until now, if a PVC window frame was damaged during construction or during the installation of the window, the only option was to re-order the window and wait weeks or even months for a new one to be manufactured and delivered. Frames N Panes has changed this by developing a revolutionary new process to repair almost any type of damage and return the frame to factory condition. Whether the damage is a small brad nail hole, cigarette burn, surface scratches, router marks, hammer holes or even hail damage, Frames N Panes can restore it, providing a cost-effective solutions to all PVC frame repair problems. Because we are mobile there is no need for customers to remove their windows. Even if the stucco or brick has been laid over the nailing flange, no problem!! We not only save the customer the replacement cost of the window, but we also save them the expense of bringing a trades person back to remove the stucco or brick from around the window. Dual-Pane Moisture Removal - From the time a window leaves the manufacturing plant, it's already started to fail. The manufacturers know this so they put a special material in the frame. This material is designed to absorb the moisture that penetrates the seal. Frames N Panes has spent the last few years perfecting the moisture control process. Traditionally, it can take several months for a window to clear up after it was restored. Frames N Panes' new technology has significantly decreased the healing time to only weeks. When there is only a little moisture present in the window, that time can be even shorter. Frames N Panes can perform a moisture test on windows to see if the seal has failed, even if there is no visible moisture. We can then vent the windows and solve the problems before they get any worse.
We carry most parts and screens on our service trucks and anything we don't have can be ordered from our warehouse, and can often be delivered overnight. Scratch Repair - Frames N Panes now offers customers a cost-effective solution to all scratched and damaged glass problems that can be used on all types of glass; including Automotive glass, Architectural glass, shower doors, marine glass, tempered glass, windshields, annealed glass, mirrors and non-pressurized aircraft windows. We can remove all types of damage, including scratches, stains, scuffs, acid etching and water spots. This system also works on Acrylic, Polyester and Poly Cast problems. We can repair headlamp lenses, camper, caravan and boat windows, rear light units, aquariums, plastic windscreens, side windows and skylights. We can fix any glass, plastic or acrylic problems! Plus, our mobile business model means the customer doesn't have to remove the window, saving costs of a new window, labor costs for replacement and the hassle! What We Provide Training & Startup The training package includes a four night hotel stay, four days of training for you and one other participant from your company in our Victoria B.C. headquarters or at an alternative location (Yet to be determined). All startup packages include tools and equipment, allowing you to provide our unique products and services for window restoration right away. Startup marketing package is included along with your Frames N Panes vehicle wrap, access to the franchise team member forum and online store to make re-ordering products easier. We make the vehicle wrap fit YOUR work vehicle (Vehicle may not be older than five years). We fit the wrap to your van, pickup, family van or other work vehicle so you do not have the added expense of purchasing an additional vehicle. All startup tools and equipment are packaged and sent before you leave training so you can inventory them before you get home. Support Ongoing support via e-mail, newsletters and product updates, phone, Internet, field support visits at least twice a year along with yearly conventions and regional training meetings. Fixed Royalties Our Royalty Fee is FLAT RATE BASED with no percentage of sales to your customer/clients…unlimited sales with one flat rate fee beginning at $300.00 per month. Complete and Ongoing Field Support Training - We provide complete training and operational support throughout your business launch, and all the tools to train you. Our training, support of our team members and product improvements are ongoing. Field Support - We offer a level of support that few franchise companies are able to match. If you have a problem after regular business hours you will have access to one of our support staff' to walk you through the problem. Field Visits - About twice a year you will be visited by one of our support staff members to make sure things are going as planned and to help you with any challenges or issues that you may face.
