- Our most successful owners are hands-on owner operators. If you're set up for absentee ownership, it's crucial for your manager to operate as a "passionate" owner operator!
- Experience is an added bonus. However, restaurant experience is not a requirement for owning and operating a Jimano's Pizzeria franchise.
- It takes Dedication, Determination and Desire to become a successful franchise owner.
Financial Recipe
We are looking for clients with a net worth of $500,000 or more. In addition, they should have liquid assets of at least $30,000.
A typical Jimano's Pizzeria can be opened for an investment of $100,000 to $450,000. Our fees and start-up cost are more competitive than the national franchises.
We understand that your success is our success. Therefore, we have established our initial single unit Franchise Fee at only $15,000 and royalties at 4%. In addition, we have built in an incentive for our franchisees. For units with seating for up to 75, 4 % of Gross Sales per month up to $75,000 and 1% of Gross Sales for monthly sales in excess of $75,000. For units with seating for more than 75, 4% of Gross Sales per month up to $85,000 and 1% of Gross Sales for monthly sales in excess of $85,000.
These modest royalties allow you to keep a greater percentage of gross profits.
