 On-Target Maintenance (OTM) is a cleaning and maintenance management company providing cleaning, repairs and preventive maintenance services for restaurants, hotels, offices, medical facilities, grocery stores and retail locations. As we continue to expand we’re looking for select individuals to join us. As an On-Target Maintenance franchisee you’ll work ON the business, not IN the business. Your staff will perform the cleaning and maintenance services and you’ll focus on growing and building your business. Previous industry experience is not required to join us as we provide you with comprehensive training and a proven business system.
