Yogurtland releases more new flavors consistently each quarter than any other self-serve frozen yogurt system in the USA. Average unit volume figure is based on sales reports from all 59 franchised stores in the USA open for at least one year as of 12/31/2010. This average sales figure does not include costs of sale, operating expenses, or other costs or expenses that must be deducted from gross revenue or gross sales figures to obtain net income or profit. (Please refer to Item 19 of our franchise disclosure document for a detailed explanation of the costs and expenses of operating a Yogurtland store.) Of these 59 stores, 25 achieved at least this average sales figure. A new franchisee's sales results may differ from this average.
