Scandia, Kansas Home to Country Place Living's First Franchise Location
GRAPEVINE, Texas - May 19, 2008 - Country Place Living, a franchisor of assisted-living residences for seniors in rural America, has sold its first franchise. Rob Floersch and Diane Larson-Floersch signed a franchise agreement to open a Country Place Home Plus residence in Scandia, Kan.
Founded in 2003, Country Place Living has redefined senior living in rural America with uniquely designed assisted-living residences that offer the best amenities and forward-thinking vision for a growing population. The company offers two concepts for franchising: Country Place Senior Living, an 18-apartment assisted living residence, and Country Place Home Plus, an 8-bedroom group home residence.
"After seeing my mother so comfortable and happy at a nearby County Place Living," said Rob Floersch, "we knew this was something that seniors from Scandia would not only enjoy but needed in their community. My wife and I are excited to be a part of Country Place Living and honored to be the first franchisees."
In efforts to meet the growing demand for quality senior housing in rural Kansas, Country Place Home Plus is scheduled to open in October 2008 at 308 Washington Street in Scandia.
