I joined AlphaGraphics because I was looking to “partner” with a company that had a proven track record of success, was not looking to simply “sell” franchises, and one that was innovative about how it looked at the future of the communication industry, not just at the printing industry.
I owned a small business before and starting from scratch is unbelievably difficult, and I had no support structure. Fast forward to today, and I have never regretted my decision. I am not going to say everyday is easy, but I always know that my AlphaGraphics team is working to help me succeed. Every conversation I have with an AlphaGraphics support person ends with them asking, “What else can I do to help you Billy?” AlphaGraphics is a visionary company with talented people. I look forward to going to work every morning and I look forward to working with a class organization with a sterling reputation.
Going from the IT industry and into the “printing business” may seem like a step back, but AlphaGraphics is not solely about printing. The concept of offering “communication solutions” to clients is something AlphaGraphics truly breathes and believes. The level of talent they have accumulated to help franchisees in the field is second-to-none.
What I love most about my AlphaGraphics life is the truly innovative and visionary people flowing through this network. From the CEO to the franchisees, everyone is on the same page when it comes to growing and evolving the products and services we offer.
To this day I have had absolutely no regrets about my “AlphaGraphics decision”. Joining the AlphaGraphics family is by far the best decision I have ever made.
