What caused you to consider business ownership?
After being a stay at home mom for 12 years, it was time I returned to the work force. I knew that a traditional 9-5 job would not work for me; as a wife and mother, I needed a job that would provide flexibility for my family.

Almost three years.

What has surprised you about being a business owner?

What advice would you give to someone who is considering franchising?
Research, research, research!!! People that have nothing to hide, hide nothing. The same is true with companies.
