Agency Acquisition Program –
Looking to buy a business? We have a program that allows you to buy an existing turnkey Farmers agency. With this program you still have the potential to earn bonuses. In the agency acquisition program you will buy out an existing agent and take over their office, staff, and residual income. You will start with your residual base and expand upon your own network and grow the agency through cross selling the existing book.
Retail Agency Program –
The retail agency program is designed to give experienced, well-capitalized professional a turnkey system to quickly build a Farmers agency. We provide up to $270,000 in financial support, bonuses, and incentives during the first three years to help agents build out their office and market their business.
Seed Agency Program –
The Seed program is a special program Farmers has come up with to reward those who have capital and who are not afraid to work hard. If you are capitalized, have business experience, and can show potential in growing a Farmers agency then Farmers can potentially “seed” you a book of business. This program is set for those agencies that are sold back to Farmers from the agents who wish to retire and these books are then “seeded” to qualified candidates to manage and grow.
Traditional agency Program –
Not interested in buying a business or you don’t have capital? The traditional agency program is designed for insurance professionals who may not have the capital or desire to go right into a retail location but still want to build and own a Farmers agency. In this program agents train and work from our San Diego office’s for the first 12-18 months. We offer a three-year financial support program, which includes monthly income, commissions, bonuses and financial support to move into an office when the time comes.
With these agency owner opportunities we offer a brokerage program, the ability to build economic interest in your book, and extensive training. We provide computer based, classroom, and one-on-one training in addition to the staff support offered by our customers service representatives, sales managers, commercial and life product specialists and marketing specialists. We support our agents with a team dedicated to helping them build a successful agency.
