Founded in 1999 by Cheryl Sher as Sher Bliss Wine and Chocolates, the company has expanded from offering fine wines and chocolates to wine bottles dipped in specially paired chocolates and toppings. Bliss in a Bottle is based in Columbus, Ohio and began selling the products in a custom-designed holiday kiosk in a mall. It was so well-received that Bliss in a Bottle is now being offered as a kiosk business nationwide.
