My own journey with Bloom began as I faced a significant life-changing decision — the choice of where my own son would go to school. At the end of my maternity leave, this decision weighed heavily on me, and it was a turning point that led to the creation of Bloom. I recognized a need within our community, a desire for a place where families could entrust their children with confidence, knowing they would receive the highest quality care in a nurturing environment. We aimed to create a place that felt like a home away from home for both children and their families, where teachers were not just employees but valued members of our community who brought passion and care to their work every day.

As we grow and evolve, our commitment remains the same: lead in providing top-notch child care services while also being the best employer in the industry for early child care leaders and educators seeking growth within their field. We take pride in fostering internal growth and enabling our team members to thrive right here with us.

We are also committed to an educational philosophy that minimizes screen exposure for children under five. This initiative is based on extensive research highlighting the negative impacts of screen time on young learners. Instead, we focus on human-centric interactions, which ensures that our students are immersed in a learning environment that values engagement, creativity, and real-world experiences over digital distractions.

The decision to franchise Bloom Academy is driven by a deep-seated desire to spare new franchisees from the challenges and hardships I faced while building this company from the ground up. Our goal is to share the Bloom experience with others, enabling them to provide the same level of care, love, and educational excellence that we’ve come to be known for.
