Footprints Floors is a unique and innovative business model revolutionizing the flooring industry. 

While our name may sound like a traditional flooring company, we are far from it! Ultimately, we are a labor company specializing in the installation of floors, not the sale of flooring products. 

Franchise Owners are home-based with no need for expensive real estate or complicated leases, they do not have any overhead as they have no need for flooring inventory, and they do not have any employees as the labor is completed by 10–99 subcontractors. 

If that wasn’t enough to make the business attractive, the Footprints Floors corporate team also handles the majority of the marketing, helping Franchise Owners find new customers, and runs a call center that fields all customer queries and completes the scheduling. Call Center: Once the corporate team generates customers from various platforms, they are directed to our corporate call center, which answers all incoming calls and sets customer appointments that meet the Franchise Owner’s schedule.

Ideal Candidate 

Franchise Owners do not need flooring experience, as they do not perform the flooring services themselves. They oversee the business from a management standpoint. 

Because of this, they must be problem solvers who are able to stay organized with a myriad of tasks and demands. They also must love people and be able to provide excellent customer service. 

We are also looking for the following characteristics: 

Business Acumen: You must be comfortable with the idea of running your own business. While we offer an extremely simplified model, there are a lot of moving pieces, and you will have multiple responsibilities. 

Sales and/or Management Experience: Franchise owners need to be comfortable going into customers' homes and selling their services. Since we don’t sell any specific product, this role is much easier than with other home service brands. Also, while you won’t have any employees, you will need to manage your subcontractors.

Community Oriented: Footprints Floors has created an incredible reputation across the country based on being involved in and giving back to the community. We want to add additional franchise owners who are looking to do the same
