Hands-On Rituals in The Oasis deliver massage therapy and advanced skincare through licensed massage and skin therapists. The Drift Lounge provides vibroacoustic recovery designed to support nervous system regulation and restoration.

Franchise Owners receive comprehensive pre-opening training covering marketing, business operations, point-of-sale systems, business management tools, and service delivery across all five Retreat Zones.

After opening, Franchise Owners benefit from ongoing support from an experienced team that includes Learning and Development specialists, Franchise Business Consultants, field marketing professionals, software support, and operations experts focused on member retention and unit performance.
