Founded in 2004 with the dream of bringing fresh California/Mexican food to the masses around the country, we opened our first location in Pittsfield, Massachusetts the heart of the Berkshires. Hot Harry’s Fresh Burrito's® is a locally renowned California-Mex fast casual restaurant franchise with its corporate headquarters based in Springfield, Massachusetts. Our mission is very simple: to serve fast, fresh, affordable food in a clean and casual environment.

There are no microwaves at our stores. We have perfected our own Chef inspired made-from-scratch homemade recipes that utilize fresh ingredients which are prepared daily at each of our locations.

Training

At Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos®, we believe nothing guarantees success more than thorough training. We also believe the most effective training is achieved by combining actual on-the-job experiences with classroom instruction on all aspects of managing and controlling the business. Each Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos® franchisee is trained in a certified training store.

During the first phase of the training (10 days), the franchisee learns each position in the restaurant. From welcoming guests to running the cash register, cooking and even washing dishes. Every task is explained, performed and completed with emphasis on speed and service.

The next phase will be (five days) of classroom training which involves teaching, handling and coaching personnel, and the administrative duties performed by the store’s management team on a daily basis.

The last stage (10 days) will be hands on in your new location with our store trainer focusing on new employees being properly trained and up to speed then setting up for your friends and family pre-opening event and concluding with your first week's opening, ultimately leaving you with the tools to run a successful Hot Harrys Fresh Burritos Franchise.

With our 25 day training schedule, which far exceeds the industry standards, you’ll be ready to run your own Hot Harry’s Fresh Burritos, knowing that you have a great foundation for success!

Support

Our team supports and guides you throughout all phases of the business, from finding and readying a location, marketing and financing support and providing training at a Certified Hot Harry’s location. When you join the Hot Harry’s family, you’re part of a team that provides continuous support, business analysis, and communication with our corporate staff. We’ll make sure you’re ready for success!

Our continuous support includes but is not limited to:

• Quarterly personal store visits to each location.
• Secret shoppers performed by an independent third party partner.
• Weekly phone calls with store coordinator.
• Guidance with local and national advertising promotions.
• National Franchise Advisory Council involvement.
• Quarterly informational webinars.
• Fully comprehensive operations manual.

Investment

Our current range is $220,000 - $265,000 for traditional locations, which includes the franchise fee of $35,000, and it can take as little as 16 weeks to go from signed contract to opening.
