About the Measuring Industry

The measuring industry basically serves designers, engineers, architects, kitchen and furniture designers, flooring and carpet dealers, construction companies, and all other organizations which require accurate measurements to effectively produce and install their products.

Before designing a kitchen, bathroom, restaurant or any interior space, crucial information is required in order for the designers and architects to complete their tasks. The information required is receiving accurate floor measurements, ceiling heights, doors, windows, where the electric boards, sockets and switches are situated, water and drainage points and any other items which need to be taken into consideration while measuring and designing a home improvement or remodeling project. .

Once this information is collected, it is sent to the designer or architect, who then designs the interior space on his computer using various Design Software.

If the measurements and information sent to the designer is not accurate, then a domino effect of miscalculations, mistakes, precious loss of time, energy and large sums of money can be unnecessarily wasted.

Q: Who would I measure for?

Q: Why is such a measuring service needed?
A: Designers and architects need to draw their plans with 100 % accuracy. Transportation: You can use your own private vehicle to get around. If you don t have a vehicle, and you don't wish to use public transportation (which in some instances is possible), you may require to purchase or lease a vehicle.

Q: How was Measuring done in the past?
A: Measuring used to be a time consuming process using tape measures, pen and paper. This process took hours and often had to be redone a number of times due to incorrect measuring. Often crucial information was forgotten or not taken into account such as doors and windows, eclectic points etc. The ACCURACY of working in such a way was often very QUESTIONABLE
