Mahana Fresh is a value-driven, fast-casual concept, centered on providing fresh, healthy, delicious choices for a high volume of customers.

People are striving to eat healthier, and want convenient options to help them reach their goals. That’s why we offer a variety of fresh options that can accommodate a wide range of dietary needs: from keto, to vegan, to everything in between. We use absolutely no high-fructose corn syrup, and many ingredients are gluten-free and dairy-free.

Ultimately, the customer is looking for healthy choices, delivered through a service line, where they are empowered to choose what they want.

The freshest ingredients served in a tropical and relaxed yet refined atmosphere. Guests can choose between poke bowls or rolls. Every ingredient is cross-utilized to create a broad menu that appeals to everyone yet is efficient for the owner and staff to run. Guests can come alone and make friends or come with a group and make it a party.

With over 100 years of restaurant experience across well-known brands, the Mahana team has founded, invested in and operated major food franchises. This world-class team invites you to visit and learn how we will spread the warmth of Mahana around the world.

Training and Support

From seasoned veterans to new restaurant operators, our programs are customized to your needs. Our training programs are a combination of classroom style learning and hands-on training to ensure success for each location. We will be there to train your entire team at the opening.

Real Estate: We have a partnership with a great, tenant focused real estate firm which will assist you in the site selection, LOI, and leasing process.

Design and Construction: The Construction Management Team will work side by side with you throughout the design and construction process. From the initial layout, to receiving your complete plans, to selecting a general contractor, to managing the construction process, we'll be with you every step of the way.

Grand Opening: The store opening team will be there with you to ensure a great opening. They will work with you to implement the grand opening marketing plan. They will train your team on all aspects of running the restaurant!

Ongoing Support: Your support doesn't stop with the opening. You will have weekly calls with a member of our operations team. This team member will be your one stop shop. He or she will work with you on all aspects of running your Mahana Fresh restaurant. S/he will serve as your liaison with any other team members that you need to interact with. Your success is our success!
