Training and Support

When you join us as a franchise owner, we’ll share the family secrets for delivering thin-crust pizza in a friendly service style that keeps customers coming back to your pizza franchise for more.

Before you open your first restaurant you will receive 5 weeks of training. This training is provided in three sections:

1. 3 Weeks Initial hands-on, classroom, and operational training at our Brand new Riko's Pizza School restaurant
2. 7 to 10 days prior to your opening onsite at your location
3. 7-10 days after your opening at your new restaurant. Periodic visits are made to your restaurant at both scheduled and unscheduled times to review operational compliance and coach, counsel & support you sales building efforts.

Support

Pre-opening guidance – We will help you select the right location for your restaurant and build out to Riko’s specifications. We also will guide you in ordering initial inventories from designated suppliers.

Ongoing support – You can rest assured you will have the support you need when you need it from your Riko’s management team. Guidance from our management team will always be only an email and phone call away.

Confidential operations manual – Your manual will include all the details about operating a restaurant that thrives. Topics range from daily operating procedures and recipes to business management guidelines, marketing and sales materials and other business functions.

Technology tools – With access to approved business management software options, you will have the opportunity to leverage our established online ordering system, POS systems and accounting software.

Marketing guidance – Your restaurant will have a presence on the Riko’s website. We also will provide guidance in developing a marketing strategy for your local area.

We are seeking entrepreneurs with exceptional people management skills to join the Riko’s family. Ideal candidates have restaurant operations experience and a direct connection and commitment to the local community. Best of all, we have program options for single-unit as well as multiple-unit franchise owners.
