Training Provided

The Ultra Pool Care Squad intensive training program consists of 12 days of interactive, practical, and classroom training at our Support Center on Discovery Island in Knoxville, TN. We will teach you everything you need to know about pool care – from water balancing, chemical application, and waterborne illnesses, to proper preventive care, equipment repair and installation, and minor pool repair. In addition to our vast technical training, you will learn the necessary elements to properly manage and evaluate your small business such as: HR (employee management), customer service, marketing, understanding financial statements, accounting, goal planning, and exit strategy.

Once you have completed training, the full support of our operations and marketing teams kicks in to help you start building your client base and route.
