Established in 1997, The Original Dave’s Cosmic Subs™ started as a humble sub shop in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Since then, Dave's has become a local legend in Northeast Ohio, revolutionizing the fast-casual restaurant industry one sub at a time! Dave’s™ is spreading across the Nation with stores from the East to West. This is not your typical sub shop but rather the Woodstock of the sub world with artisanal creations that change your taste buds forever and redefine what is possible when choosing a sub.

Our subs are a unique combination of ingredients and flavors, which differentiates us from our competitors. However, our Dave's Cosmic Sauce is what truly makes us special. Similar to a creamy, tangy Italian dressing, our sauce is what keeps customers coming back. All of our subs are served on Italian (vegan), whole wheat, gluten free, or rye bread baked fresh in our ovens throughout the day.
- Real Estate: After signing the Franchise Agreement, we will assist with site selection and lease negotiation.
- Post Real Estate: We provide assistance with securing architects, contractors, and other key service providers in the developing process.
- Timeline Checklist: A project schedule prior to construction and support the franchisee with training and onboarding of staff.
- Corporate Training: Our Franchise Team will support you through the construction, operations, training and marketing process.
- Launch Support: Our team will train and support managers and staff at your location. Our team of trainers and operations specialists travel to your location for your opening.
- Ongoing Support and Coaching: We continuously and regularly provide coaching and support in sales and cost evaluation through our software systems, ongoing marketing and social media support.
