No Experience Necessary: Almost all of our 80+ franchise owners were new to dog training when they joined our brand. We have over 40 years of teaching individuals with zero dog training skills exactly how to train according to our proprietary methods. 

High Revenues with Impressive Margins: In 2022, our Average Gross Sales were $973,756 with an Average Net Income of $187,237, not bad for an investment of around $150K!¹ 

Home-Based: We perform training sessions in our client’s homes, so there is no need for a physical training facility. Because there is no required build out, you have the ability to get your business up and running in as little as 4-6 weeks from signing an agreement. 

Scalable: We require a 3-pack minimum, but most Dog Training Elite Owners own 3 territories or more because there is almost no reason not to! All that is required to grow into another territory is an additional franchise fee, marketing, and Trainer to cover the area. 

Few Clients Required: With the cost of our most popular training package at $1,800, you only need to add 2- 4 new clients each week to be profitable.

Pet adoptions skyrocketed with the onset of COVID-19, increasing by 110%²in 2020. The demand for our services has never been greater! 

Giving Back to Pets and Vets: At Dog Training Elite, we strive to make a difference in the lives of dogs and their families in the communities we serve. We have our own non-profit organization, The Malinois Foundation, where we have a mission of healing through canine assistance. We train service dogs for veterans and provide individuals suffering from PTSD, physical disabilities, and other special needs with a dog that can comfort and assist them.

We want new owners to come in with a clean slate and understand and adopt our unique training techniques. 

Here’s what else we are looking for in our ideal partner: 

Business Management Experience: Dog Training Elite is not a complicated business, but it does require business experience to be successful. Whether you take on training the dogs yourself or hire employees to do so, there are still marketing, networking, customer service, and other business activities that need to be taken care of. 

Family Focused: 90% of our system is currently compromised of family businesses (husband/wife teams, parents/children, siblings, you name it!) If you want to work with your family or build a legacy to pass on, we could be the ideal opportunity. 

Community Oriented: Most franchises have a charity portion to their businesses, but you can’t always see that impact directly. At Dog Training Elite, we run our own non-profit organization called the Malinois Foundation that allows you to train dogs for community members in need- and deliver them yourself! 

Customer-Service Oriented: While we are in the dog business, really we are training humans how to train their dogs. If you love the idea of going into customers' homes and interacting/teaching them, this is a great business for you.
