Training and Support
Our incoming coaches are walked step by step through a detailed and thorough on boarding process. On boarding is followed by an intensive, 6 day certification training. Following certification training, incoming coaches participate in two simultaneous programs, both which focus on the necessary aspects required to help you get your coaching practice producing revenues quickly.
We also provide a “done for you” Quick Start Program with the goal of providing additional client leads.
Each coach is given a “coach mentor”.
In addition, we provide more than 250 hours per year of additional training and support.
