History of The Lash Lounge

The Lash Lounge was the first salon dedicated to eyelash extensions in the US. The concept was developed by founder Anna Phillips as a result of her own private spa practice exploding when she added the service of semi-permanent eyelash extensions in 2004.

Unable to keep up with the demand on her own, she eliminated her other service offerings and expanded her eyelash business into a six room salon in 2006. Within 2 years she had successfully opened three locations and was receiving requests from customers to open outside the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This promoted her expansion into the franchise industry where she pioneered a new market niche in personal care franchise concepts. The Lash Lounge has since grown into the nation’s preeminent eyelash extension business with the help of a wonderful community of like-minded franchise owners. Anna’s clear vision of “helping others feel beautiful, confident, and empowered to achieve their dreams” has propelled the business to 14 open salons in markets throughout the US, and 11 under development. The Lash Lounge is one of the most exciting emerging franchise concepts in the market today.
