History:

Founded in 1979 in Omaha, Nebraska, Merry Maids began as a family-owned cleaning company serving the local community. As Merry Maids began to grow, our founder realized his business model could help other families build legacies of their own while taking care of their communities across the country. So, in 1988, Merry Maids became a franchise opportunity, operating with the same people-first mentality that helped us launch our brand nationwide.
