Initial Training Process

Training consists of a combination of up to 10 days of on-the-job and classroom sessions, with 3 days of classroom sessions conducted within their Birmingham, AL office, and 5 days of on-the-job training during grand opening. Franchise owners will learn everything they need to know to run a successful business, including:

​No previous industry experience is necessary. It would be beneficial for franchise candidates that have prior management experience with an emphasis on day-to-day supervision.
