Training

Prior to opening, we’ll provide you and your designated manager with four to six weeks of training on general business and operations, food preparation and safety, employee hiring and training, purchasing, inventory control, and other aspects of running your franchise. This includes up to ten days of on-site training.

Site selection and building assistance

We help you step by step with site selection, customer demographics, development and build-out with an approved architect, purchasing and inventory control as well as general operational support.

Advertising and marketing

We reinforce the brand with an advertising mix that includes marketing research, grand openings, ongoing promotions, digital and printed POS materials, a website, public relations, social media, local marketing consultation, loyalty programs, recruitment and established brand standards and guidelines.

Ideal Candidates

It takes a certain kind of individual to qualify to become an Überrito franchisee. Beyond having an unabashed passion for great food, a highly developed sense of adventure, and a commitment to operational excellence, our franchisees must also:

• Have a minimum net worth of $1.5 million and at least $500,000 in liquid assets.
• Agree to a ten-year initial term of contract.
• Have food service or multi-unit experience; an understanding of real-estate development, preferred.
• Pay the franchise fee of $40,000 per location.

In addition to the financial investment, all franchisees are required to be actively involved in the operations and management their Überrito franchise by either direct participation or through the full-time involvement an equity partner.
