Built for Your Success: Training & Ongoing Support

Initial training consists of a combination of self-paced learning, virtual instruction, and in-person Academy training at the Home Franchise Concepts Experience Center in Dallas, TX as well as post-Academy training that is conducted virtually. Franchisees will learn everything to start strong including administration, office set-up, technology, marketing the business locally, product knowledge and installation.

On-going training and support opportunities include an Annual International Convention, Regional Meetings, Online Forums and Town Halls to exchange best practices with fellow franchisees, Installation Training, Vendor Product Training, on-call support from Regional Operation Managers, on-call Technical Support, and Local Area Marketing assistance.
